Loan Operations Servicing Specialist (Collateral Tracking)
The Loan Operations Specialist (Collateral Tracking) performs a variety of clerical duties in conjunction with loan servicing that may include scanning and filing documents, reviews and verifies loan documentation and lien documents, and releases collateral. Other responsibilities include:
- Perfects liens and processes lien releases
- Maintains loan files and records
- Verifies and corrects document images
- Prepares various reports
- Reviews documents and reports for completeness and accuracy
- Provides a high level of customer service for internal and external customers
- Performs critical loan servicing procedures
- Requires work on physical bank premises
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3 Years of banking operations experience
Skills:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and MS Word; basic keyboarding and calculator skills; must be able to do simple math and carry out written instructions
- Good customer service, organization, time management, problem resolution skills, and multi-tasking skills
- Work occasionally requires more than 40 hours per week to perform the essential functions of the job
- Lifting in an office setting may be required up to 30 lbs.
