TVEC YOUTH TOUR & ETREYS 2026 CONTEST

Attention High School Students and Families!
We are thrilled to announce that our Youth Tour and the new ETREYS (East Texas Rural Electric Youth Seminar) contests are now open!
 
Youth Tour (Washington, D.C. Trip)
The Youth Tour is an all-expenses-paid trip to Washington, D.C., for two winners! It’s an incredible opportunity to explore the nation’s capital, meet other student leaders, and experience U.S. government in action. The trip will take place from June 14-21.
 
ETREYS (East Texas Rural Electric Youth Seminar)
We are also excited to introduce ETREYS, a new opportunity for local high school students. This seminar, hosted in partnership with the Group 1 co-ops of East Texas, will be held at East Texas Baptist University (ETBU) from June 8-12. We will take up to six winners on this trip to learn about the electric industry and community leadership.
 
Who Can Apply?
These contests are open to current Freshman through Juniors attending any of the 24 high schools in our service area.
