Hello,
My name is Eric Maldonado and I am the President of Terrell Youth Baseball Association (TYBA) for youth baseball and softball here in Terrell. A little background of myself, I spent 20 years in the US Army as a CH-47 Chinook helicopter pilot. I retired in May 2020 as a Major and now continuing work in Aviation as a Project Manager for Airbus working with the US Army Lakota Helicopter. My wife and I just celebrated 20 years of marriage, and we have 3 sons ages 16, 11, 9.
I love to stay busy and always working baseball with my boys or others as we try to stay competitive every year. A few coaches and I started our organization to build up the youth in baseball and really work towards giving them an opportunity to excel as they get to high school. Youth development is my passion, and this really keeps me focus on working for the future.
