Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Clerical professional to join our team. In this full-time role, you will provide essential administrative support in a fast-paced office environment. You must have previous office/administrative experience, be proficient in Microsoft Office—with a strong emphasis on Excel—and possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Generate files and maintain organized digital and physical records.

Create and print labels as required.

Manage documentation and ensure all records are accurately maintained.

Perform data entry tasks with precision, especially using Microsoft Excel.

Handle general office duties including answering phones, scheduling, and managing correspondence.

Support overall office operations by performing miscellaneous clerical tasks as needed.
Qualifications:

Proven office/administrative experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills.

Experience with data entry and file/document management.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
