Bilingual Recruitment Specialist

 

****A.T. Staffing in Terrell, Tx is looking for the perfect candidate to recruit for the Terrell office and join our growing TEAM****!

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Recruiting Specialist $15.00 hr to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the recruitment and hiring process, with a focus on sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding TOP talent. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Payrate: $15.00 hr
Monday-Friday 8:00a to 5:00p, 1 hr lunch
On-Call pay offered
Opportunity for monthly bonus 
Room for growth 

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone and communicate professionally and courteously with all callers
  • Source and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and campaigns to attract top talent.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit
  • Perform background checks & drug testing to ensure employee fitness for placement
  • Accurately input payroll data for employees
  • Courteously and professionally answer client questions and concerns
  • Attend community and chamber of commerce events with the goal of networking.
  • If bilingual, assist non-English speaking applicants and employees.
  • Take "Call" responsibility on rotation with coworkers

Skills:

- Strong Office Clerical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

-Must be dependable and punctual

-Must have at least intermediate Excel software skills and Advanced Outlook skills (Required)

Reports directly to the office Branch Manager
