Description Provides harmonious coordination of services with other LRCC departments and outside service providers for caseload assigned. The PCC performs a wide variety of documentation and communication with external and internal customers. This position requires frequent travel between individual's homes, community, and LRCC provider services in their personal/company vehicle.
