Roofing Sales Representative

SunTex Roofing is seeking a highly motivated and driven Roofing Sales Representative to join our expanding team. This role involves identifying and generating leads, conducting roof inspections, educating customers, and closing sales for roofing services. Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate leads through referrals, networking, door-to-door canvassing, and company-provided leads.
- Conduct roof inspections and damage assessments, documenting findings with photos and reports.
- Educate homeowners and businesses on roofing solutions, including materials, warranties, and financing options.
- Work closely with insurance adjusters and guide customers through the claims process.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed company sales targets.
- Maintain a pipeline of potential clients and provide ongoing customer follow-up.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure a smooth project transition from sale to completion.
- Stay updated on industry trends, roofing materials, and local market conditions.
- Represent SunTex Roofing with professionalism and integrity.
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience in roofing, construction, or home improvement (preferred, but not required).
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to self-generate leads and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
- Comfortable working outdoors and on-site inspections.
- Ability to learn and understand roofing systems and materials (training provided).
- Experience with insurance claims and storm restoration (preferred, but not required).
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to maximize commission earnings.
