2026 Inaugural Cohort Application
Terrell Leadership Academy is a leadership development program presented by the Terrell Chamber of Commerce for Chamber member businesses. The Academy equips professionals with the mindset and skills needed to lead confidently, strengthen teams, and create lasting organizational impact.
This inaugural cohort is limited to 20 participants to ensure meaningful engagement and personalized development.
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Terrell Leadership Academy, facilitated by Robert Messer with BR Messer, is built for organizations that want to invest intentionally in high-potential employees and future leaders.
Participants will engage in four interactive sessions focused on leadership, mindset, growth, and effective decision making.

• 4 Leadership Sessions
• September 14 – October 26 (Every other Thursday)
• 7:30 AM – 10:00 AM, Breakfast Included
• Graduation Ceremony Included and Recognized at Terrell City Council
