Beginner Spanish for Professionals
Course Goal
By the end of this 6-month course, students will be able to:

Confidently use Spanish in everyday social and community settings

Use culturally appropriate greetings and polite expressions in business contexts
-
Understand and respond to basic customer or workplace interactions
-
Describe their business, products, and services in simple Spanish
- Begin forming short sentences and basic conversations with native speakers

Mini-Weekly Missions: Apply Spanish in real life (order a drink, greet someone, ask a question)

Supportive group chat to practice texting, encourage classmates, ask questions and receive class announcement communications

Professional Focus: This course is designed for adults in professional fields who want to learn Spanish to work with and develop business relationships with clients.

Scheduling Changes: Class dates are subject to change due to weather, instructor illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. Advance notice of changes will be provided in a timely manner.

Instructor Absences: If the instructor is sick, classes will be postponed by one week. Students will not lose any classes due to instructor absences.

Student Absences: If a student is unable to attend a class due to illness or other reasons, they will still receive all of the covered material to review at their convenience.

Weather Delays: In the event of bad weather, classes will be rescheduled by one week. Students will not lose any classes due to weather delays.

Payment Options: Students may choose to pay monthly, with payment required in advance to reserve a spot in the class.
