As the Museum Administrator, I have the honor of working in this beautiful, historic space every day. Built in 1904 through the efforts of the Social Science Club and the Andrew Carnegie Foundation, the library has served our community for over a century. Today, it’s our turn to care for it.
Our goal is to raise $10,000 during this event to help fund the first phase of restoration, which includes vital structural and façade repairs. This is our chance to ensure that the Carnegie building continues to inspire, educate, and connect generations to come.
By attending this event, you’ll not only enjoy a lovely evening surrounded by local history—you’ll also be a part of preserving one of Terrell’s most treasured landmarks.
