The City of Terrell invites residents to participate in the Terrell Citizens Academy, a dynamic ten-week program designed to promote community engagement and a deeper understanding of municipal government. Through a series of interactive presentations, field tours, and hands-on demonstrations, participants will learn about city operations and services, and the vital role citizens play in shaping the future of the community.
