The Academy equips professionals with the mindset and skills needed to lead confidently\, strengthen teams\, and create lasting organizational impact.\n\n\n\nThis inaugural cohort is limited to 20 participants to ensure meaningful engagement and personalized development.\n\n\n\nPROGRAM OVERVIEW \n\nTerrell Leadership Academy\, facilitated by Robert Messer with BR Messer\, is built for organizations that want to invest intentionally in high-potential employees and future leaders.\n\n\n\nParticipants will engage in four interactive sessions focused on leadership\, mindset\, growth\, and effective decision making.\n\n\n\nPROGRAM STRUCTURE\n\n  4 Leadership Sessions\n\n  September 14   October 26 (Every other Thursday)\n\n  7:30 AM   10:00 AM\, Breakfast Included\n\n  Graduation Ceremony Included and Recognized at Terrell City Council
